Returns

At Automotive Flexy Distribution, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@automotive.flexydistribution.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item).

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your package immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include clear photographs and a description of the issue.
After review, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you would like to request an exchange for the same item, please email us with your order details and a description of the problem. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Exchanges based on preference (such as size, color, or personal choice) are not available unless there was a mistake in the product listing. In such cases, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and in some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
