Order and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
We ship with Aras Cargo and Yurtiçi Cargo within Turkey. For international orders, we use DHL and FedEx.
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchanges
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
